Basic kicks: Front Snap Kick, Front Groin Kick and Front Push Kick.


Hand strikes: Jab and Cross.


Basic blocks: High Block, Low Block, Inside Block and Outside. 

 

Basic stances: Ready Stance and Walking Stance.


Speed drill number one.


Physical requirements:

               15 sit ups

               15 push-ups,

               15 jumping jacks

               15 squats.


White Form: 8 movements.
