Basic kicks: Round Houses.

 

Basic hand strikes: Elbow Strikes.

               

Basic blocks: Shin Blocks. 


Basic stances: Ready Stance, Walking Stance, and Horse Riding Stance.


All speed drills:  

     Speed drill number One.

     Speed drill number Two.


     Physical requirements:

               25 sit ups

               25 push-ups

               25 jumping jacks

               25 squats.

Yellow Form 18 movements.
